The Salt i Girona Chess Club, thanks to the worthwhile help of Salt's Local Town Council, has one of the most prestigious headquarters inside the whole area in and around Girona.
You are going to find in this place our offices, two play rooms, the chess library (with more than hundred books and an extraordinary collection of chess journals since 1980), and acces to phone, Internet, TV and WC.

The exclusive use of these sport facilities, the quality of the recently purchased equipments by the club, and the possibility of opening up these premises almost every day, give our place excellent conditions for the chess practice. These sport facilities have lodged all indoor competitions and events organized by the club: master classes, activities by our library, federal competitions, school visits and various championships.
 During the next year we are going to move to a new building inside the huge Coma Cros Cultural Factory.
