Great organizers
From the beginning, the Club d'Escacs Salt i Girona has been outstanding for its contribution to chess in Girona organizing a high number of amateur competitions and regional/national tournaments.
Only a few could afford the celebration and organization of such high level events like the Open Restaurant Vilanova or the "Festa dels Escacs - Festa Major Salt", for so many years.
Every year, we are working with a strong will, thanks to the support and encouragements of so many enthusiasts and players, beginning new projects very ambtitiously, like f.e. the Ct. Inter-Escolar de Salt.
However, all these efforts wouldn't be enough without the support of the companies and authorities which help us.
